Use and eligibility
You may use the service only when you can form a binding agreement and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for the files, prompts, and outputs you use, including permission to process them. Do not use the service to violate intellectual property, privacy, security, export-control, or other legal rights.
Local tools are provided for material creation and evaluation. You remain responsible for validating exports in the destination engine, pipeline, or product.
Licenses, credits, and AI jobs
A Pro Local purchase grants the purchaser the displayed software-use entitlement; it does not transfer ownership of the service or include unlimited model work. AI credits are consumption units for eligible server jobs and have no cash value. Job cost is calculated by the server from the allowlisted capability and output parameters.
A queued or processing job may fail because of inputs, provider availability, safety controls, or timeouts. Reserved credits are released for a terminal failed job under the recorded job lifecycle. Results can vary and are not guaranteed to meet a particular artistic or technical standard.
Availability and prohibited interference
We may change, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue network features. Do not bypass limits, probe credentials, automate abusive traffic, interfere with other users, submit malicious content, or attempt to make the browser trust an amount, entitlement, callback, or model route controlled by you.
External services including Cloudflare, FAL, payment providers, analytics, and email or notification services can become unavailable. A degraded dependency is not presented as a successful paid operation.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Luminance conversion is an approximation and does not recover true geometry. You should maintain source backups and verify outputs before production use. Nothing on the site is professional legal, financial, or engineering certification.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected. Contact contact@normalmapstudio.com with questions before relying on a paid workflow.
