Get useful support faster
For local generation, include the source dimensions, selected algorithm, normal convention, browser version, and destination engine. Do not attach confidential source art unless support explicitly requests it and explains how it will be handled. A screenshot of the controls and quality panel is often enough.
For an AI job, include the Normal Map Studio job identifier and approximate time. Never send an API key, payment card number, provider credential, or full authentication token.
Billing, privacy, and API questions
For billing, include the purchasing email and order reference but not payment credentials. For privacy requests, identify the email or session context you used. Teams evaluating future API access should include expected monthly volume, maximum resolution, required capabilities, and geographic or retention constraints.
